We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, our Refund Policy outlines clear steps for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: intimates, custom orders, final sale items.

2. Return Process

  1. Email support@BellezaDubai.com with your order number and reason.

  2. Receive authorization and instructions from our team.

  3. Ship items back within 5 days of approval.

  4. We’ll inspect and process your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color where stock is available. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, cancellations may not be possible if processing has started.

7. International Orders

Customers outside the UAE are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
